[OT] New York airports

hi, i am planning my trip to gencon and it seems i need to change airports in NYC. i am arriving at JFK and my connecting flight leaves from LaGuardia. How long does it take from jfk to laguarida? is there a shuttle bus or do i have to take a cab/metro whatever? how much is the cost for the ride from jfk to laguardia? thanks guys stefan
