I've been playing Jyhad for over a month now, and its great. However, the more I play, we get involved in some delimmas:
1. We've assumed that the deflection card is a misprint, and that the blood should be played by the vampire, not from the pool... is this correct?
2. Can master skill cards be played on vampires in the uncontrolled region, and if so, does the methuselath need to match the added age before controlling the vampire?
3. Can another minion take equipment off of a contested vampire as an action?
4. Can the master card "Sudden Reversal" be played to remove any master card
played (from turns ago), or must it be played to burn a current master phase?
This is unclear due to the word "played" represents past tense because this makes "Sudden Reversal" much better than "Unnatural Disater" as it costs no pool.
5. I hate the "Society of Leopold" and "Charnas the Imp"!! (Sorry, I had to get
that out) I need to know, can I voluntarily burn my vampire to remove the imp
and place it on another, or must I wait for someone to send him to torpor and
deablirize him? These two cards kick my ass every time...
Well, gotta go... More questions later, but this will give us Jyhad
fans plenty to argue about in the meantime.
Thanx,

The cost for Deflection really is paid from your pool, not from
the vampire.

You can only play a card on an uncontrolled vampire if the card
says you can (e.g., Brainwash).
>3. Can another minion take equipment off of a contested vampire as an action?
No. Contested minions are outside the influence of either Methuselah involved.

Present ruling is that it can also burn cards in play. This has gotten
a lot of flak, but it is what the card says, and the design team doesn't
seem inclined to change its mind (personally I agree with the ruling).

The downside to using Sudden Reversal instead of Unnatural Disaster is that
the other player will get back whatever pool they paid for the location.
This can be extremely inconvenient in the endgame.

You cannot burn a vampire "just because".
