I have a question about directed actions - a lot of cards say things like:
"A minion can burn this card as a directed action"
Does this mean that one of my minions can just declare he is going to try
and burn that card as his action? If so, the affected Methusalah (whatever)
can try to block? And at what stealth are these kind of actions?
One other thing I just thought of - On Powerbase Master cards, you can usually
stockpile blood or whatever. Someone played an Unnatural Disaster on my
Powerbase Washington with 6 blood on it. That blood goes to the blood bank?

The card to be burnt is what's providing the action, so you don't need
another card to go try and burn it, no. The action can be blocked as
normal; typically the "burn me" cards are burnt as directed actions, so would
only be blockable by the player whose location it is. Actions are always
at 0 stealth unless the card (or the rules) say otherwise.

Right.
