If I play Taunt the Caged Beast at superior Animalism targeting vampires from my prey and predator, one of which has Temptation with enough counters for it to be activated, is it in any way possible to take control of that minion without canceling or ending the combat immediately ?

[ quoted text not captured ] I don't think you can cancel or end the combat at all unless you take control of both. Normally the combat is cancelled via Temptation when you take control of the opposing minion since you cannot have a combat with two minions that you control. In your case you don't.

[ quoted text not captured ] So you control the minion with tmeptation in combat?

You can take control of a vampire with Temptation when it is targeted for combat with Taunt the Caged Beast, and the combat will continue, and you can control which cards, if any, the tempted minion plays in the combat. [ quoted text not captured ] But only if both combatants have the same controller? So if the control changes, but both combatants are still controlled by different minions the combat continues as usual?

Jozxyqk

[ quoted text not captured ] What if the 2 combatants don't have the same controller, but control of one of them changes in the middle of combat? Does the combat continue, with the combat decisions/card-plays now being made by someone else?
