Number of cards in library / crypt public ?

Hi, We had that game yesterday when knowing how many vampires were left in someone's crypt could've affected the game (it was a Tupdog deck, 1 more is quite different than 10 more). Obviously (Petra Resonnance, ...) the fact that there is at least one card in someone's crypt is public knowledge. But can we count the number of cards in any player's crypt? Same question for the library (where the answer might be different, since some cards like Liquidation require more than 1 card in the library to be played). Thanks, Pascal.

The VEKN tournament rules identify number of cards in a deck as public information. 5.1 Cheating includes ... misrepresenting or obscuring public information (pool totals, number of cards in deck, and so on). Edit: Also the Definition of Terms in Appendix B says Public Information: Refers to information that is available to all players in the game, such as statistics or card text that participants are required to share with tournament officials and opponents according to the rules of the game. For example a player's pool the number of cards in a player's library is public information.
