hi, i have some more questions that have been coming back over time in our games-
A. byzar is in torpor without any burn-counters on him. he gets diablerized or someone plays vulnerability on him. does he stay in torpor with a burn-counter on him or is he removed from play altogether since he's already in torpor and can therefore no longer be moved there?
B. path of the void on an infernal minion. can i still untap my infernal minion by paying just 1 pool during my untap phase, without discarding any master card during my untap?
C. vampire 'a' plays legal manipulations. vampire 'b' plays mask of 1000 faces and takes over. 'b' has superior presence - can he play legal manipulations at superior or not?
D. can 'nightmare curse' or 'deep song' be played on a vampire that is already tapped?
E. domain of evernight. can i still play this at inferior once an opposing vampire has blocked? or can the blocking minion then decide to not block?
-thanks!

He gets a counter and goes to (remains in) torpor.

Yes. Well, handle the Void first and then pay the pool to untap the infernal. If you untap him first, you still have to handle the Void.

Not. Legal Manipulations is an action. You can't play action cards during an action.
> D. can 'nightmare curse' or 'deep song' be played on a vampire that is already tapped?
Yes. You can apply a "tap that" effect to a thing that is already tapped.

Not once the block is successful, but yes, you can play it even when a minion is attempting to block. No, the minion cannot spontaneously stop the block attempt.

I'm not sure that's what stasis_ meant, Scott.
If the action is "Legal Manipulations at Superior", then a vampire must have superior presence in order to play Mask of 1000 Faces to pick up the action, and the action continues to be at superior.

Ah, yes. Perhaps he did mean that 'a' has only one level of Presence and wanted to know if 'b' could convert the already-played Legal Manipulations to superior. He cannot.
And, as you note, if 'a' played LM at superior, then 'b' would have to have superior Presence in order to Mask the action at all.
