Minion A performs Chain of Command (on dom). One younger minion B is put in play with one blood. Before B's mandatory bleed, I tap Heidelberg to move the one blood from minion B, back to minion A. Does B now stay in play untill xe somehow gets a blood and is able to bleed again? Chain of Command Type: Action Requires: Dominate Cost: X blood +1 stealth action. [dom] Put X younger vampires from your uncontrolled region in play with 1 blood from the blood bank each (and with any blood they already have). You cannot choose any unique vampires already in play. Those vampires must bleed. When one of them bleeds successfully, or when all that can bleed have, move them all to the bottom of your crypt. [DOM] As above, but move X+1 younger vampires. Heidelberg Castle, Germany Type: Master Cost: 2 pool Master: unique location. Tap to move blood, equipment cards and/or retainers between any two ready vampires you control. (You choose the amount of blood you move and which cards you transfer.) Cannot be used during an action.

No, he immediately goes to the bottom of your crypt. He can not bleed, so "all that can bleed have [bled]", satisfying the Chain.

I would have expected that the Chain of Command Minion/s would return to the crypt either: a) at the first successful bleed b) at the end of the minion phase (if they have 2 mandatory actions)

some related questions that've been torturing my brain lately... _A._assuming there's still one Chain-of Command-vampire which hasn't bled, could the first CoC-vampire, assuming its first attempt at bleeding got blocked (but he still has his one+ blood) attempt to bleed again using force of will? _B._can CoC-vampires bleed using a bleed action like for ex govern the unaligned? _C._does a blocked bleed-action always count as a resolved bleed-action? i know a minion cannot bleed succesfully twice in a turn, but how about 'unsuccesfully'? ---- thanks!

The answer to both 'A' and 'C' is that a minion can not perform a bleed action more than once per turn. That includes succeeding, bleeding for 0, getting blocked, or "action fails". Any time an action resolves (even if that resolution is unsuccessful), it still counts as happening. (If your bleed action card gets Direct Interventioned, for example, then your action never reached resolution, so you are free to attempt the same type of action again). The answer to 'B' is a more straightforward 'Yes'.
