Jalan is in combat.
Some agg damage are inflicted to him in a step (before range, via Domain of Evernight + Outside the Hourglass for instance). He uses his special ability to treat it as normal.
(a) Later this round (in strike resolution of this round, for instance) , he gets inflicted some agg (Ivory Bow, ...). Does he still treat the agg as normal at this point of the round?
(b) In strike resolution of the next round, he gets inflicted some agg dammage. Does he still treat these damage as normal?

Jalan-Aajav's ability is not a permanent effect that lasts for an entire combat (or even the entire round). When Jalan-Aajav is receiving aggravated damage, he can treat that damage as normal damage. The effect ends immediately upon resolution of that damage. The next time Jalan-Aajav takes aggravated damage that round, he will not be able to burn blood to treat it as normal and he will be wounded unless he prevents the damage.
