1) Can a master card be blocked?
2) There are some master cards that has a clan symbol on them. What do they
mean?
3) Can a vampire get 2 titles, like a primogen who gets to become Justicar?
Does he gets 4 votes?
4) Do you tap a vampire to give him/her an equipment?
5) Can you draw a card after you play one during combat?
6) CRUSHER, a Brujah vampire, has the ability to use one blood to dodge. Is
this dodge an extra strike, or his only strike.

No. Only minion actions can be blocked. Most of the time, you can't do
anything about master actions, but some master cards can be eliminated
later (e.g. locations can be burned using "Arson" which is a minion
action or "Unnatural Disaster" which is another master card).

Means you can only play it if you have a vampire of the appropriate clan
_ready_ (not uncontrolled and not in torpor - it's OK if he's ready but
tapped).

Er, I've seen some debate about this one. You'll need to ask Tom Wylie.
>4) Do you tap a vampire to give him/her an equipment?
Yes. Think of it this way: you're not "giving" him/her equipment, he/she
is going to "get" it from some place under your control (so it counts as
an action and the vamp is tapped).
>5) Can you draw a card after you play one during combat?
Yes. Unless the card says "DO NOT REPLACE UNTIL AFTER COMBAT," you
immediately draw another to take its place.

My gut feeling on this is that it's his _only_ strike. The purpose of
his special ability is to give him the ability to dodge even though you
don't have a "dodge" card to use on him. Crusher would be kind of handy
as a blocker since it would be tough to hurt him badly (until he runs out
of blood!).
Hope that cleared things up (83%, anyway) for you...

Regarding the first question... there is a Master:out of turn called
'Sudden Reversal', which burns any other Meth.'s Master card as it is
played... they get back any blood they had to pay for it, tho...
I think it's an uncommon, judging from where it was in the booster, and
it wasn't on the v2.6 card list, so... *shrug*

It would be consistent with the rules (hah!) to say that he can pay a blood
to use a dodge as his strike, but if he gets additional strikes through other
means, he could use one of them to dodge, and the others to do damage.

Bingo.
