Is bleed a (D)? Can torporized vamp play cards?

Folks: I have two small questions today. 1) If I bleed my prey, is that a (D) action (e.g. one that would fulfill the requirements of Marked Path)? I would guess yes. 2) Can a vampire in torpor use stealth cards? For example, Nepata is attempting to rescue herself from torpor. Someone with an Eagle Eye intercepts her. Can she play, say, Lost in Crowds to elude him?? Thanks, as always, Madman -- Free audio & video emails, greeting cards and forums Talkway - http://www.talkway.com - Talk more ways (sm)

Can she play, say, Lost in Crowds to elude him?? Yes, because they are the acting vampire. -- James Coupe

All bleeds are directed actions. An action directed at another Methuselah (and/or cards or counters controlled by that Methuselah) is directed. > 2) Can a vampire in torpor use stealth cards? Acting vampires in torpor can play action modifiers (for stealth or anything else - like Seduction or Horrific Countenance). -- LSJ (vte...@wizards.com) V:TES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast.
