PB Chicago text follows. My question is whether a Meth can choose the option of moving zero blood to their pool, so that they don't have to put blood on the 'base. We said yes, following things like Minion Tapping for zero, etc. Powerbase: Chicago Cardtype: Master Cost: 1 pool Master: unique location. During your untap phase, you may move 1 blood from the blood bank to the Powerbase or move all the blood on the 'base to your blood pool. A vampire controlled by another Methuselah can move all the blood on the 'base to his or her controller's blood pool Thanks in advance. We said yes, following things like Minion > Tapping for zero, etc. The Meth "may" do one of the two things: 1) move 1 blood to 'base or 2) take all blood from 'base. The Meth is free to choose not to do one of those two things, by virtue of the "may". This is effectively the same as choosing 2) when there's no pool on the 'base (which is also legal). > Powerbase: Chicago > Cardtype: Master > Cost: 1 pool > Master: unique location.
