I couldn't see anything allowing it in VEKN rules but it was done at the Canadian Championships so I'll ask. At a Sanctioned tournament, can you allow players to change deck for the finals? A few players asked if this could be done in the future and if it's legal/allowable for sanctioned play makes no diff to me. Peter Muto VEKN Prince of Toronto

Haven't seen it done before! It somehow doesn't mix well with VP system. -- Posted via Mailgate.ORG Server - http://www.Mailgate.ORG

No. Nor can players change decks or alter the composition of a deck between any other rounds. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Advantage of switching decks every round is that it eliminates inequities in knowledge gleaned of other players' decks and discourages scouting. (Well, and it relieves boredom.) Does hamper players who don't have a number of tournament decks built at once. So, it's only likely to fly at unsanctioned events with ample warning or at elite events with a limited number of qualified players.

Thanks. I'll inform my players that my hands are tied in this matter (for sanctioned tournies anyway)
