If you play a clan impersonation on Masika to make him a Malkhavian, then if you play a Madness Network, Masika could perform X actions by turn (X is the number of Meth. in game...) Is it a possible combo?

[ quoted text not captured ] It works, yes. Masika untaps between turns, then takes an action at the end of the current (active) player's Minion Phase. Assuming no one feels inspired to burn the Madness Network, of course. -- LSJ (vte...@wizards.com) VTES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast. Sure. Is it a "killing combo"? Not if Masika is torporized. Not if he's the only one you've got to defend the MadNet. Then it's a long, drawn out, fruitless combo... Regards, R. Yah, or kill Masika, or oust you in the time it takes you to get the combo going. Could be fun though. :-) If I'm going to kit someone up though, I've always been more fond of Wynn, Caillean, or Nakova (boom!). -- /\ Jasper Phillips /VVVVVVVVVVVVVV|~"~"~"~"~"~"----------........____ jaz j^^^^^^^^^^^^^\/"~"~"~"~-----------........._____ ~"~--. * http://www.engr.orst.edu/~philljas/ "~"~'--`

Yes, it is possible to invite every other player on the table to attack you by doing this. I highly recommend it. For additional laughs, give Talbot's Chainsaw to Masika. -Mark Langsdorf Former Jyhad Archivist http://www.io.com/~mlangsdo/RPGs/Jyhad/

This combo was pulled at a tournament here in NZ last year. Worked very well. The guy came first (as he deserved for such a kewl inovative deck). He found a few problems with vote decks though (need many eagles sight) and the advantages diminish as more Methusaleh's get ousted. Still it was pretty messy being bled 5 times in one turn by Masika! The silly combo using Clan Impersonation are the Giovanni (nec) and Renegade Garou or Black Spiral Buddies / Muddle Vampire Hunters. Its pretty ugly when they throw a couple of Garou at you to die then bring em back! And with Charlotte Giovanni in the game ......(shudder!) Speaking of Madness Networks and Clan Impersonation...this is a bit strange and perhaps even useless combo (since it requires so many cards), but what if you Clan Impersonated Carlotta Giovanni. Then you play out your turn and have someone play Reversal of Fortunes. Have Carlotta retrieve it and during the next turn you play it again and you go back and forth between just you and either your predator or prey. Of course you'd need enough votes to pass and you'd begin to run out of cards but I'm sure you'd annoy the heck out of the other players (in a 4-5 player game for instance) if you and the other guy played 10 or so turns in a row! Even better, you could use Madness Network/Dramatic Upheaval. Let your prey take her turn, then for your first Networked action, pass Dramatic Upheaval with any Malk, and switch places with your prey. Bleed a bit with your other Malks, then let your former prey's (now your predator's) turn end. Oh, look, it's your turn now! Use Carlotta to get back the Upheaval, end your turn, and repeat. You get an extra turn for each other player, and no one else can take a turn as your predator. Of course, it only works until you get down to only two methuselahs, so be sure to save the puny methuselah for last. If, instead of using Carlotta, you just have a TON of Dramatic Upheavals, you can pass one on your turn to swap with your predator, and one on her turn, the next turn to become that methuselah's prey, thereby preventing every player but you and a chosen prey from taking turns. It's especially nice to deny turns to players who might try to stop the madness. If necessary, you can also change preys to someone weaker (by switching with their predator.) And If you have a Prince, you can use the even more powerful Kindred Restructure. This can not only give you the weakest prey, but give her the strongest one, to ensure she doesn't do anything useful like oust another methuselah. Also, you can deny turns with one vote instead of two. Things start to get interesting when you add in Life Boon. Life Boon the first person to get ousted, then reset the table so you and she are taking turns as predator of the weakest methuselah, denying everyone else turns. This way, even if you don't oust someone, you can still get the VP. Enjoy! -davey! [ quoted text not captured ]
