It's an action. Like any other action, it won't do anything if blocked.
Tacking on "if action is unblocked" might help, but I'm not sure if even
hyphenation would allow us to squeeze in the text ;)

The card says 'enters combat with that minion' but this would imply that
combat begins without further ado, and so it's seemed kinda confusing
to some people i know whether it could be blocked, since it is an action.
I assumed you could block it, but would be better if the card said,
'is able to attack that minion' or something...don't know if you see my
drift, but i know people who thought 'enters combat with' means combat
starts automatically between the two minions.
(obviously, this doesn't affect fast reaction; it's a reaction, no blocking)
