The question is: One of my vampires calls a vote, it passes and then I throw a Cryptic Rider down with another vote card. Does the new vote card "pass automatically"?? My feeling is it does but several of my fellow players disagree. Please settle this dispute. Thanks, Raptor

A blocked attempt will not "use up" the automatic pass, however, if you can get another vampire through. This has to be done as an action by another vamp . If this action is blocked the vote cant , of course , pass . If the (2nd) vote isnt intercepted you dont bother adding up votes , just assume that it passed . Hmmmmmmm I wonder what this means with respect to cards whose effects depend on how much a vote passed by . Can you just not play them in this case ? Any ideas anyone ? JAC
