No.

Pulled Fangs just cares about the range the round is at, not the nature
of the damage inflicted upon the vampire whose fangs are to be pulled.
So a shotgun will do just as well as a chainsaw. Note that damage from
retainers such as Wolf Companion won't count when comparing damage
inflicted.

While that may make more sense in the game world, it complicates things too
much for a card game. The Zip Gun's use will cause damage to it's bearer - and
the Ghoul is not the bearer; the vampire takes the damage. The Grenade and Bomb
are the same - damage the vampire (if at close for the grenade).

4) "Can my Ghoul Retainer keep firing my Sawed-Off Shotgun over
and over during a combat?"
No. The ghoul is actually using the weapon in question, and
must follow all the normal rules for using it. Also, you cannot
have your vampire and its ghoul fire the shotgun at the same time.

As written, this works, though I'm pretty sure the intention is that a given
weapon only be used by one minion/ally/retainer each round (see also the
rules on stealing equipment).
