[LSJ] Lessons in the Steel

Can you use multiple lessons for the same point of damage? (other games uses 'respones' as a cardtype and rules playing these kind of cards) Can you use it on any kind of combat damage, like weather control? I would guess yes to both. However, Bindusara is going to start a school for troubled childes, and he always comes well prepared. /Mathias
