I usually don't like to ask questions about specific cards,
but here goes...
***SPOILERS FOLLOW***
The Ritual of the Bitter Rose says that all your vampires
gain blood equal to that on a diablerised vampire or
something like that. It also says that you can use this
card in combat when a vampire is burned. Unless I am missing
something, a vampire will have no blood when burned or
is the blood of a fatal card burning strike not really removed
from the vampire? If a vampire has 2 blood left and I deal
it 4 aggravated damage then the vampire gets burned so do
my vampires gain 2 blood each with the ritual?

I just posted about this in a "random rulings" file :) The only example
we could think of where a vampire could get burned in combat but still
have blood on it (thus making the Ritual useful) is if you did some
aggravated damage to a vampire (but not enough to burn it outright), then
used Amaranth on it rather than letting it go to torpor, then use the
Ritual on it while it's being burned. I think I've thought of another
case where it would be useful, depending on how another card is
interpreted... if so, I'll mention it in another "random rulings" post.
