My question is about the card "Wake with Evening Freshness". If I use it on a tapped vampire to have it block an acting vampire that is trying to bleed me, and I am successful in doing so, does combat take place? If so, am I able to use combat cards such as "Glaser Rounds"? The people I play against said I couldn't since the card only says that the tapped vampire can use reaction cards and block as if it were untapped; I think I should be able to. Successful blocks always lead to combat. >If so, am I able to use combat cards such as "Glaser Rounds"? Sure. >The people I play against said I >couldn't since the card only says that the tapped vampire can use reaction >cards and block as if it were untapped; I think I should be able to. The card says that because tapped minions normally can't react or block. Tapping minions can use combat cards such as Glaser Rounds just fine, so WWEF simply doesn't address the issue. Remember, combat is always the result of a successful block or certain cards allowing you to attack specific minions. FrozenDark
