1) Meno Ngari (2-cap Akunanse) calls KRC. Ready Uchenna (7-cap
Akunanse, magaji) is controlled by the same Methuselah. No other
Akunanse are present.
Who can get Akunanse Kholo?
(I guess it's only Meno Ngari, because in this case it's played as an
action modifier, and those are played only by the acting minion.)
2) Frederick the Weak, controlled by the predator of the player with
ready Uchenna and Meno Ngari, calls KRC.
Who can get Akunanse Kholo?
(I guess it's either Uchenna or Meno Ngari, since it's played as a
reaction and can be played by either minion, and nothing restricts its
playing for either one.)

Not usable if there are any older ready untitled Akunanse. You seem
to be ignoring this sentence.
If, Meno plays it he will be the Kholo. If it was Uchenna he would
lose the Magaji title and become the Kholo.

You seem to be ignoring it too. Older ready ****UNTITLED**** Akunanse.
So yes, in this case Meno Ngari could play it. Meno would then be the
Kholo. The moment That Dolie, for example, comes into play, the title
would move from Meno to Dolie, no matter who Dolie's controller is.
