I should know the answer ot this one but I'll ask anyway and risk embarassment. If a minion takes 1 point of damage in the first strike resolution, prevents with superior Skin of Rock and takes another point in the second strike resolution, will the SoR apply to that damage too?

No. After a strike resolution, excess damage prevention is forgotten. -- James Coupe (Prince of Mercia, England) Vampire: Elder Kindred Network http://madnessnetwork.hexagon.net

Right. Damage prevention is only good for the current damage, not for future damage, unless card text says otherwise. -- L. Scott Johnson (vte...@wizards.com) VTES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast. i would think Skin of Rock would only block the second hit.. as first strike comes before he can do anything. Regardless the card blocks one damage point from any attack. ( half of 2 hand damage attack for instance)
