LSJ : Muddled Vampire Hunter + Sengir Dagger

Does an MVH with Sengir dagger hit for 4 aggravated damage or just one?

The Jyhad version's strike is a hand strike as well, under the definition of a hand strike. So this answer applies to the Jyhad text. -- L.
