When in combat with another vampire witch only has one blood left and is using a Zip Gun as his strike and the attacking vampire is using Thefh Of Vitea as his strike. What happens to the blood of the opposing vampire? Does the bloob get successfully stolen or is it just lost when the Zip Gun gets fired for the first time in that combat causing one damage to both shooter and the vampire being shoot? ANY IDEAS?? THANX SAMUEL PS THIS IS NOT MY ACCC

In article <25APR95.13...@tscc.macarthur.uws.edu.au>, [ quoted text not captured ] Blood stolen is moved as the damage is applied (as the strike resolves). Blood is paid to heal damage *after*the strikes have resolved. So: Zipper fires. Theft Occurs. Zipper moves one blood from himself to Thief. Thief takes 1 damage and Zipper takes 1 damage. Thief and Zipper spend blood to heal damage. Zipper, with no blood left to heal with, goes to torpor. -- ----- L. Scott Johnson (lsc...@crl.com) Graphics Specialist and Jyhad Rules' Monger

Theft Occurs. Except that Theft cannot occur because the vampire with Zip Gun doesn't have any blood left after paying for Zip Gun. If the Zip Gun was already paid and there was still one blood left then the theft could be performed (just one blood, though). Either way, the vampire with Zip Gun will go to torpor from the damage from the Zip Gun. ))marko -- Never try to be amusing and order something like a "pint of dishwater". Judging by the state of some of our larger brewers' beers, you just might get it. The Surrey Pub Guide

Theft will occur before the Zipper begins to heal the damage done by the zip gun. 1. Get Zip gun, use it to Maneuver to long. Both still have one blood. 2. Theft - Zipper loses one blood, Thief gains one blood. 3. Both spend blood to heal damage from Zip. >was already paid and there was still one blood left then the theft >could be performed (just one blood, though).
