A the very least, Scorpion Sting is a strike whose damage is based on the=

vampire base hand strike, but it is not necessarily a hand strike (the=20
Rules Team is deciding this).

Weapons aren't hand strikes. They are strikes based on hand strikes.

Each set of strikes is resolved before the others are even announced. =20
Thus, if you _did_ do aggravated damage in the first strike, if they=20
don't somehow avoid or prevent the damage, the combat ends as the=20
opposing vampire is in torpor.

Likely a better idea (unless you don't want _them_ to have additional=20
strikes (useful against Brujah, etc...))

That would be a convention. Wolf Claws (or Claws of the Dead) can be=20
used any time until damage is resolved, even _AFTER_ the other minion has=
=20
declared its strikes. Thus, it _can_ be played as a bluff ("Chandler=20
strikes with his hands... How do _you_ strike?"... fearing claws, the=20
other minion dodges.).
