Malkavian Rider Clause

I've got a question. I think I know the answer, but want to make sure. I'm playing a Malkavian deck with the Madness network in play. At the end of another methusalah's minion phase, one of my untapped Malks calls a vote. Can another untapped Malk play Rider Clause on the vote I'm calling? I don't think there's any ruling against this type of thing, but wanted to make sure.
