Wasserschloss Anif, Austria says "During your master phase, you may
move 1 blood from any Trememre you control to this card." Does that
mean "any one Tremere" or "each Tremere"?

While the English may be ambiguous, the intent seems to be "any one Tremere".
Has the card writer intended for it to be able to siphon from more than
one Tremere per phase, it would have been worded (unambiguously) that
way (IMHO) (i.e., "from any Tremeres" or "from each Tremere").
You'll have to wait on Tom for the official answer, of course.
