Disease reduces the minion's hand damage by 2.
(Typically leaving a vampire with -1 hand damage).
Superior Buring Wrath adds two damage to the minion's hand damage,
and this added damage is aggravated.
So, that's a total of 1 damage, of which the last 2 are aggravated.
I see the problem now.
But, stated as above, it seems clear that this situation yields a
strike that does 1 aggravated damage.
So let it be so, until the RT says otherwise (*).
(An inferior BW used by a vampire who is the victim of a superior
Disease would result in zero damage.)
