Alright, LSJ. We have a little disagreement in a game. One of my Vampires
has Zero blood and has to hunt. I am not disputing that fact. What I am
disputing is the fact that, that action, hunting, has to be declared FIRST.
I don't ever remember reading in a rule book that I HAD to declare the
"hunt" first before all things. But, I maybe wrong. Your guidance in this
situation is appreciated.

answer I was looking for. I apologize for not looking hard enough.

Gosh, being a Ventrue elder I'm surprised you couldn't get one of your
minions to do it for you :-)

When one (or more) of your ready vampires is empty and not prevented
from hunting, your action must be a hunt taken by that (or one of those)
vampire(s). You cannot take any other action as long as you have such
vampires.

I think what he means is does the vapire with no blood have to be the first acting minion? If you
have two other vampires with blood on them, can they take actions before a vampire with no blood
hunts? (This question has also come up in my gaming group.)

That's the question I answered.
"You cannot take any other action as long as you have [any
empty ready vampires that are not prevented from hunting]"
The hypothetical action(s) to be taken by these two other (non-empty)
vampires fall into the "other actions" category.
These "other actions" cannot be taken while you have empty hunt-able

Nope. Take a look in the rulebook. It's in the V:TES-version on page 23.

Just a little question from an occaional player...
Do they HAVE to hunt, or could you just end your turn and leave them
all untapped? It could be important if they have the sports bike or
magic chainsaw. :>

They have to hunt. V:tES Rulebook, section 6.4: "... as long as they
all hunt."

They have to hunt. Not only that, but they must hunt before any of
your other minions perform any actions. Reason: they're vampires and
they NEED blood.
Take care,
Jim

So, if a vampire with no blood attempts to hunt, but is blocked, does this mean the
other vampires (with blood) still cannot take actions?
[ quoted text not captured ]
No. After being blocked, the empty vampire will no longer be untapped.
(Part of the official rule, which I've already posted in this thread
at least twice).
Plus, he will be prohibited from hunting by the DCI "No Repeat Actions"
rule. ("Not prohibited from hunting" is another part of the official
hunting rule that I've posted).
