JYHAD--Tourney rules???

What are the official rules for a tournement legal Jyhad deck, if there are any? Would they be 4 of any card, with some restricted & banned, or another number of any card. Around here, we usually play with max of 2 of any card, and it works just fine. Any one know what they are? What you would like them to be? IW
