What if Muaziz equips with the Ankara Citadel, and Clan Impersonates into a Lasombra, and then learns Obtenebration, and his/her controller puts the Path of Night in play, and afterwards Muaziz plays a Summon the Abyss (3 blood cost)?. Which card effect applies first, the Ankara Citadel or the Path of Night? If the Ankara Citadel halves the cost of any minion card and the Path of Night reduces by one the cost of any card requiring Obtenebration, would the cost of the Summon the Abyss be zero? Greetings, Damnans

[ quoted text not captured ] The halving occurs first, then the reduction. Summon the Abyss would cost her zero (3/2 = 1, 1-1 = 0) -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Links to revised rulebook, rulings, errata, and tournament rules: http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/

Anyway, so the general rule is multiplication before addition? I don't recall offhand whether Ankara states how it works on the card, but is there a general rule about rounding in the game?

What does he play for a normal, zero-cost combat card? ----------------------------------------------------------- Johan Lundstrom <jo...@algonet.se> "Knowledge is power. Power corrupts."
