My vamp with CEL Bum's Rushes my opponents vamp. Combat ends with both vamps ready. I draw to replace the Bum's Rush and get a Psyche. Can I use that Psyche I just drew to restart that combat? It's kind of murky whether or not you can use it. BR says that you cannot redraw it until the end of combat. Psyche (sup) says that at the end of combat, you can play it to restart combat. It's kind of a gray area. My take: No, you cannot play that psyche. Yes, when you redraw the BR, it is at the end of combat, but it's also the end of the action. Because of that, it's too late to play the Psyche. Am I right? Psyche! is played at the end of combat, which is technically after the combat ends [RTR 28-JUN-1998], which is the same time that Bum's Rush is replaced. You can do those two things (replace Bum's Rush and play superior Psyche!) in any order. Replacing "Do Not Replace Until After Combat" cards doesn't necessarily signify the end of the action - it's just something you do at the end of the combat (or at the end of the current action *if* there was no combat). -- L. I think you should be able to play it too.I like playing my vote deck calling a vote and after the vote is over and I redraw back to my regular hand size getting voter captivation and playing it.
