#1 Can a vampire that plays EoH at superior burn the polical action card if they do not meet the traditional requirements for playing the card? For example, Democritus plays a Parity Shift. Delilah Monroe plays EoH at superior. Is Delilah able to burn the Parity Shift and therefore call the referendum even though she is not a Prince (assuming there is a legal target on the table)? Is she even allowed to move the card to herself? Must the card be burned immediately after the first referendum is completed, or can this card be burned at any time? If a Cryptic Rider was played after the first referendum, and a vampire played EoH at superior at the end of the successful political action, does this new referendum pass automatically? #2 Does Stone Dog allow gargoyle slaves a way to get around the D action restriction for not controlling a member of the specified "owning" clan? For example, if a Saxum, Camarilla Tremere slave, successfully equips/recruits/employs (what's the right word?) a Stone Dog, can he now take the D action to enter combat with another minion (granted by Stone Dog) even if his controller doesn't control a ready Tremere? Thanks in advance Alex

Is entering combat with someone a D action? Yes. Then Gargoyles can't do it by themselves... Can they bum rush? No... same thing. ~SV

No. "[MEL] Usable by ready vampire other than the acting minion. Move the political action card used to call the referendum from your ash heap to this vampire at the end of the action. This vampire may burn that card to call the referendum as a +1 stealth political action [if he or she meets the requirements of that card]." >#2 Does Stone Dog allow gargoyle slaves a way to get around the D >action restriction for not controlling a member of the specified >"owning" clan? No. It provides them with a new (D) action they can take when they're allowed to take (D) actions. It doesn't provide them with the ability to break their usual restriction, however. -- James Coupe PGP 0x5D623D5D It's been a long road, getting from there to here EBD690ECD7A1FB457CA213D7E It's been a long time, and my time is finally near 668C3695D623D5D I will see my dream come alive at last, I will touch the sky And they're not gonna hold me down no more, no they're not gonna change my mind
