Hello. I request your help - 1. I have a minion with Creep Show on him (I know you don't need to see the text of the card, but I've included it for the benefit of all :) Creep Show Type(s): Master Archetype, Trifle Put this card on a Sabbat vampire you control. Once per turn, when a minion opposing this vampire in combat dodges or ends combat as a strike, this vampire gains 1 blood from the blood bank. A vampire can have only one archetype. 2. My opponent is the acting minion. 3. My opponent and I enter combat. 4. My opponent plays a Strike: Combat Ends card. 5. I play Breath of the Dragon, pay 1 blood, and play Rotschreck. Do I still gain 1 blood via Creep Show because he played a Strike: Combat Ends card? For that matter, do I have to pay 1 blood when I play Breath of the Dragon? I imagine so, as your earlier posts have indicated that you must pay when the strike is declared, not when it's resolved. Thanks for your help! Scott

Sure, he did play a strike: combat ends cards - but that strike never gets to resolve due to Rotschreck, which is played during strike choosing phase. In fact, it's you who's ending the combat via Rotschreck. Though I'd love if I discover I'm interpreting this situation wrong. Kinda nice to see an opposing minion entering Rotschreck upon facing a Creepy vampire. He DESERVES that blood for being so monstruous. ;-) > For that matter, do I have to pay 1 blood when I play Breath of the > Dragon?
