Hi All 1) If NRA PAC is in play, and vampire equips using : a)Magic Of The Smith b)Alastor c)Concealed/Hidden Weapon does he untaps at the and of the turn? 2)If a vampire A puts Mind Numb on a vampire B, and vampire A controller is ousted before his next untap phase, does Mind Numb stays on vampire B as long as that vampire controller is in game? Mind Numb Type: Action Requires: Presence Cost: 1 blood [pre] (D) Put this card on any untapped vampire. Tap that vampire; he or she does not untap as normal during his or her controller's untap phase. Burn this card during your next untap phase. [PRE] As above, with +1 stealth. 3) a)If vampire A plays Concealed Weapon / Magnum does another player can DI Magnum? If answer is Yes, can vampire A play another Magnum form his hand? b)Same question for playing DI on Concealed Weapon? ( I know there are posts for this but because English is not my native language I did not understood well) 4) a)If vampire A plays Magic Of The Smith, can another player DI the equipment he searched for? If Yes, does vampire A pays for Magic Of The Smith? b)If Alastor is played, can DI be used on equipment? Thank You and excuse my bad English

Hi! This is what I think: 1) If the card is an action and says "euip" like magic of the smith, then you do untap, if not, then not. Concealed weapon is not an action, alastor doesn't say "euip", so you don't untap. 2) Mind Num leaves play. 3) You cannot DI Magnum in this case. You can DI the concealed weapon. Players are used to put concealed weapon and the weapon on the table at the same time. That ain't no good. You play the concealed ask for di, if there is no di you can play the weapon card. If conceald weapon gets di-d you can play another concealed weapon. 4) a) no, the euipment cannot be di-d, same for alastor. BR Martin

A. Yes B. No. (Not an equip action) C. No. (Not an equip action) > 2)If a vampire A puts Mind Numb on a vampire B, and vampire A > controller is ousted before his next untap phase, does Mind Numb stays > on vampire B as long as that vampire controller is in game? No. It is a minion card, so it is controlled by the controller of the minion it is on. It burns on B's controller's untap phase. > Mind Numb > Type: Action > Requires: Presence > Cost: 1 blood > [pre] (D) Put this card on any untapped vampire. As you say; I stopped reading when I found no context for things like "Mind Numb leaves play". Mea culpa :)

In any case it is no harm and should be legal showing the Weapon card along with the Concealed Weapon since you are not offering any additional information to the other players since you cannot name a weapon you dont have in your hand. Just make sure to only replace the CW first and only replace the Weapon when it actually is put on a minion.

It burns on B's controller's untap phase. why does it use the convoluted "his or her controller's untap phase" for one part of the card, and "during your next untap phase" for the next part, when "his or her controller" and "you" are the same methuselah? To clarify how it works: A puts mind numb on B. During B's untap phase, they don't untap as normal AND they burn mind numb in that untap phase too? (Obviously, after the mandatory 'untap all your cards' step, otherwise the card would be pretty pointless) Is that correct? >> Mind Numb >> Type: Action >> Requires: Presence >> Cost: 1 blood >> [pre] (D) Put this card on any untapped vampire. It's not convoluted text. The text lets players understand how it works in general with a single reading of he card. Then, when tricky corner-case situations come up, the text also suffices to resolve them. > To clarify how it works: > > A puts mind numb on B.
