"Tap to discard one card if you contol a ready Sabbat vampire. Tap to draw two cards if you control a ready BH vampire. During your discard phase, control of the Admonitions passes counter-clockwise until it is controlled by a methuselah who controls a ready Sabbat vampire (or is burned if there are none)". Several questions : - the is a distinction between "discard" and "draw" in the text ; in my interpretation, in the first case you first discard then replace, in the second you first take 2 cards to get a temporary hand size of +2, then discard. Correct ? - As you control a ready Sabbat, the card wouldn't burn if you are the only one controlling one : you would just keep control of it. Or should the text say "a methuselah other than you who controls..." ? Is the "burning clause" just in case the Sabbat vampire you controlled isn't ready anymore ? Thanks, Orpheus

Correct ? Correct. Same as barrens and Fragment. >- As you control a ready Sabbat, the card wouldn't burn if you are the only Do you? i don't recall it requiring a ready Sabbat vampire to play. you could play it, do nothing with it, and watch it whizz around the table until it kerplodes. >one controlling one : you would just keep control of it. Probably in case no methuselah controls a ready sabbat vampire, including yourself. Accidents do happen... :) salem domain:canberra http://www.geocities.com/salem_christ.geo/vtes.htm

The two are nearly opposites of each other. >>- As you control a ready Sabbat, the card wouldn't burn if you are the only > > Do you? i don't recall it requiring a ready Sabbat vampire to play. > you could play it, do nothing with it, and watch it whizz around the > table until it kerplodes. Accidents do happen... :) Right. Card text is the way it is in case you don't control a ready Sabbat. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
