In a recent debacle, my adversary attempted to bleed and used the
Seduction A.M. and named my Anvil. Could I use Eagle's Sight to
try to block anyway, as he had Sup. Pres. so I could use the bold
text to "...attempt to block to action of any minion." What
happens here? Also, another question. Does my lick have to
"survive" the initial strike phase in order to play addit.
strikes? Any help here would really be appreciated. Thanx

No. Eagle's Sight only removes the restrictions on whose Minions
can attempt to block. (So you can block if you are not the target
of a (D) action, or if you are not the Predator nor Prey in the case
of an undirected action).
Seduced Vampires cannot block.
Navar cannot block older vampires.
Day Operating Vampires cannot be blocked.
You still need intercept.

Peace Jere,
Yes, if you are sent to torpor, you do not get any additional stikes.

Yes, your vamp would have to survive the 1st strike resolution phase to
play an additional strike card. Each strike round has it's own strike
resolution phase (as well as each addit. strike.) The utilize an
additional strike you need to have a vamp still in combat after the first
strike resolution, and to use a second additional strike you would need to
have a vamp who survived the first additional strike.
hope this helped.
