Festivo Clarification for LSJ please

1. Question on this card: Festivo dello Estinto [Sabbat, SW] Cardtype: Master Cost: 1 pool Master. Put this card in play. Each Sabbat vampire gets -1 stealth when hunting. Any Sabbat vampire who hunts successfully gains enough blood from the blood bank to reach full capacity. Burn this card during your next untap phase. Only one Festivo dello Estinto can be played during a game. We were confused if this means that all sabbat vampires hunt at 0 stealth (since a hunting action is at +1 stealth) or if it means that a sabbat vampire hunts at -1 stealth. Which is it? Which is it? > What's so confusing? It does what it says. Jost Werner normally hunts at +2 stealth (+1 for hunt, +1 by his special abitlity), so his Festivo hunt would be at +1 stealth. Every sabbat vampire hunts as normal, at 1 less stealth than he would have, and gains full blood.
