Question about Taste of Vitae

A vampire cannot use a taste of Vitae if he stole the blood correct? For example vampire uses a theft of vitae and steals 2 blood, can this vampire then play a taste of Vitae ontop of that? I dont think so....but our group is fighting over this... Thanks Shane sbe...@isomedia.com
