Each vampire (or minion, for that matter) may play a copy of a given
action modifier only once per action.
So, each of your ready (non-acting) vampires with superior obfuscate could
play superior Cloak the Gathering to give the acting minion +1 stealth per.
If the acting minion was a vampire with obfuscate, then he could also play
Cloak the Gathering (inferior) for an additional +1 stealth.
You could Mask the action to a new acting vampire as many times as you
wish, with another +1 stealth each time you did so with superior ob.
