Vampire Acting is blocked. Vamp A has a meat hook and SER. Vamp B has Pot Vamp A stricks with meat hook after Vamp B decline to use the first strike option allowed to destroy the meat hook. As Vamp B strikes with a Pot strike, Vamp A plays The Jones. Can Vamp B now choose to destroy the Meat hook as a strike? Paying 1 blood as required on the card. Raille

>Vampire Acting is blocked. >Vamp A has a meat hook and SER. >Vamp B has Pot Okay. >Vamp A stricks with meat hook after Vamp B decline to use the first >strike option allowed to destroy the meat hook. Just because the strike will be at First Strike doesn't mean that Vamp B has to declare it early. Assuming that Vamp A is the acting minion, he chooses his strike first (the Meat Hook). Then Vamp B chooses whether to use a Pot strike, the destroy Meat Hook strike, or some other strike. (If Vamp B is acting, then he has to choose his strike first. So he chooses Pot strike or Meat Hook strike). >As Vamp B strikes with a Pot strike, Vamp A plays The Jones. > >Can Vamp B now choose to destroy the Meat hook as a strike? Paying 1 >blood as required on the card. Yes. You choose to destroy the Meat Hook when you declare strikes (just like how you can choose to use Goratrix's steal blood ability or Lazarus' 1R).
