Some questions...
1)Can you choose which damage to reduce when using flesh of marble? For
example, a vamp takes 1 regular damage and 3 aggro. and decides to reduce
the 3 aggro. damage and take the 1 regular. Is this allowed (assuming
sup. pro.)?
2)Can you use kiss of ra against a blocking vamp after u have played
change of target?
3)How is Anarch Troublemaker played? If you wish to use either of its
effects must you use it as you bring it into play? or can you put it out
into play without triggering its effects until you so desire? if you can
leave it out as one of your cards and wish to use its effects must you do
so during your master phase or can you use it at any given time?
4)Did the ruling on Blood to Acid say that it was only in effect for the
first strike resolution of a round? or was it good for all of the strikes
in a round?
Thanks in advance...

I beleive the errata was "reduce all unprevented damage". so, if the
aggro and the normal came from ONE strike (or effect), then i guess you
could reduce it down to one normal, but, to be honest, i really have no
idea i'm just wasting time on the net instead of going to my lecture
(it's economics, you understand.....)

maybe you could play kiss of ra before change of target, but you
definately can't play it after change of target, because there is no
longer a blocking vampire.

you put it in play. it is "activated" in your untap phase, if you wish.
you don't have to use it if you don't want to.

the ruling (which i, personally, think is dumb considering the card's
cost, and the nature of what it should do (yeah yeah, i know, ignore the
role playing game and/or reality, and concentrate on game mechanics.
blah)) is for the first pair of strike resolutions only.
i wonder if you could play it after additional strikes have been gained,
but before the strikes are chosen, to have it apply to the next pair of
strike res. effects...? hmmm....i'll check card text....
well hey, i'm off to play jyhad now.....
sorry for bothering you all....
salem....

Yes. During the heal damage step, all (unprevented) damage is reduced to one
point. You can choose which one point will remain.

No. After Change of Target is played, there is no blocker.

No, you just bring it into play.

This is correct.

It can only be used (tapped) during your untap phase, per VtES card text
(errata to Jyhad card text).

It is a one-strike effect. It applies only to the next strike resolution.
