The North American Championships, originally scheduled for 10am - 7pm, have been moved up to 8am - 4pm, still on Sunday, August 11, at Gen*Con.
(The Gen*Con online program is still in error and indications are that it will not be updated. The on-site printed program should list the correct time, however).

Well it's official, that's just too f*cking early for me. Enjoy your
respite this year Goudie and Peal, you bastards!
(Still deciding whether to come for the Week of Nightmares since it's
already booked and will likely cost me more precious greenbacks to
go).

Oh God.
Ah, well, sleep deprivation worked last tournament,
might as well try it again. Who's up for Drinking Jyhad and
5 AM breakfast at George Webb's? (for other regions of the
US: read "Waffle House", "IHOP" or "greasy diner." For other
countries, please read "fine American breakfast dining.")

We did that one already. No, that was Day Operation,
but it was still freakin' early...
Milwaukee welcomes the V:tES community with open

Jorge Weeb! :)

Interestingly enough, I always get terrible service at IHOP, much worse than
anywhere else. I've even sat at IHOP for almost an hour, without a server ever
coming to the table. And not just at the ex-University Ave. IHOP in Madison.

Heh. Could we amend that to "fine American breakfast food intake pavillion"?
Anyway, I will be there, no matter the hour, to hear your amusing anecdotes and
entertaining noises for your various card-related activities. :)

As the last person to have won Dawn Operation: Milwaukee let me state
for the record that I approve of both the title and time. :-P
Seriously though, is that the start time for round one or the
beginning of registration?

That's insanely early.
Not to sound like I'm bitching, but that was another thing about M:tG
that I didn't miss.
