Lubomira + Spying Mission?

Hello LSJ, If Lubomira bleeds a Meth with a titled vamp successfully and then plays a Spying Mission, does Lubomira untap as normal on her next untap? I ruled that she does still untap because Spying Mission causes the bleed to be unsuccessful. But it really feels like a toss up to me. Thanks, Ira
