If a minion uses a Zip Gun in combat to go to long range, does he take a point of damage: 1) if the opposing minion plays a S:CE? I'm assuming so because he has to use the gun for his strike if he used it for the maneuver, despite the opponent's strike. 2) if the opposing minion plays Fast Hands to steal it with First Strike? 3) if it is destroyed with First Strike? 4) right away, before strikes are chosen, because he used the gun in the first place to get the maneuver? The S:CE will resolve before the gun strike, so no, the minion will not take the damage. > 2) if the opposing minion plays Fast Hands to steal it with First > Strike? A strike done with first strike is resolved before the gun strike (unless it is also done with First Strike). If the minion must use the zip gun but cannot (because it was taken) then his strike doesn't happen. I don't believe he takes the point of damage. > > 3) if it is destroyed with First Strike? Same as above. > 4) right away, before strikes are chosen, because he used the gun in > the first place to get the maneuver? Using the gun for a maneuver doesn't cause the minion to take a point of damage. Using the optional manuever only comitts the minion to choosing the zip gun for his strike. -Robert Robert Goudie rrgo...@earthlink.net
