[LSJ] Ian and Sanguine

Hi. Yet another question from me. With Ian in the !Tremere starter, I'm sure we're gonna see him on the table a whole lot more now. Of course I'm not aware of the new card text, but the old one says that if he has a master discipline card on him, he gets the superior variant at once. How about Sanguine Instruction? It isn't really a Master Discipline card, but it *does* teach him a "level" of a Discipline. Does he also get the superior right away from this card?
