Hospital Food reads: Unique Location. Requires a ready anarch Tap when an anarch announces a hunting action. If that action is successful, the anarch gains an additional blood. ---- If I'm not mistaken, the tapping is obligatory whenever any anarch announces a hunting action, even if it's not your anarch.
