Here they are: 1. In combat, can more than one card of the same name be played in a single combat round? or in a single combat? 2. Would a press used to end combat have any effect on Trap? 3. When I rescue a vampire from torpor and that vampire is untapped, can that vampire hunt that turn? Thanks, TAD toten...@geocities.com

Yes, except where rules specifically prohibit it (such as you can only chose one strike per strike phase, you can't cancel your own manuver, and you can only use 1 card to provide additional strikes per round). You could use multiple Flashes for a lot of manuvers if you needed to (cause your oponent keeps manuvering away and you want to get to close range), Undead Strength for each of your 3 strikes if you Blur at superior, and as many Skin of Rock as you need. Some cards you can play multiples of and they have a culmulitive effect (like Fists of Death, each of which gives you +2 hand damage, so 5 would give you +10 hand damage), and some don't (Torn Signpost gives you 3 hand damage, so even if you played 6 of them, you would still only have 3 hand damage). "2. Would a press used to end combat have any effect on Trap?" Yes, it would end the combat, unless somone then played a press to continue. Trap simply provides a "neutral", automatic press to continue at the end of every round, which can be countered by either player with a press to end. "3. When I rescue a vampire from torpor and that vampire is untapped, can that vampire hunt that turn?" Yes. I ma fairly certain that if the vampire comes out of torpor with zero blood and is untapped, he _must_ hunt. (IANLSJ...) The restriction on playing cards of the same name is only on action modifiers and reactions barring specific card text. > 2. Would a press used to end combat have any effect on Trap? Yes. In fact, if they have no blood and are untapped, they must hunt immediately following the successful rescue. If they do have blood, they're free to act normally.
