Since Black Cat and Regina Giovanni both have special abilities which
reduce the /pool/ cost (not blood cost) of various permanents, and
since the text on Black Cat prevents her from reducing the cost of
Equipment when that cost is paid in minion blood,
Can Regina Giovanni reduce the cost of a Retainer when that cost is paid
for in minion blood? (since most retainers do cost minion blood, not
methuselah pool).
If so, is this errata, or will this ruling make it possible for Black Cat
to reduce the cost of Locquiment?

retainers costs Regina 1 less pool (but never less than one).
