You can get the cards you discard during **your** discard phase back

Since it is stated that Rachel's thing only works during your discard
phase, I'm pretty sure that you can't put the cards you discard in
someone else's discard phase back into your library.

Hi Chris!
reading the card texts, it looks like Rachel only applies during
YOUR discard phase. Giotto lets you discard during SOMEONE ELSE'S
discard phase, but that doesn't make it your discard phase, thus
Rachel doesn't apply for Neato Giotto Synergy (NGS).,

But what about when you Discard someone elses cards (gained via,
Agaitas, or other uses) during your influence phase while having
Rachel in play? Your Library or is it only cards that came from your
Library originally?

Any card that is put into any library, crypt, or ash heap is always put
into its owner's library, crypt, or ash heap.

Based strictly off of card text, it looks like you can put the cards
in your library. Cards you get from Agaitas are considered "in your
hand" (see card text below), and Rachel's power does not specify that
the cards need be from your library.
Of course, the real litmus test is what LSJ thinks...

Relevant card texts below--Rachel, Giotto (not so relevant, I guess),
Agaitas.

Agaitas, The Scholar of Antiquities [BL]
Cardtype: Vampire
Clan: Harbinger of Skulls
Group: 2
Capacity: 6
Discipline: for AUS NEC
Sabbat: When you play a card, you may draw its replacement from your
prey's library instead of your own. Put the card drawn face-up in
front of you. It is still considered to be in your hand, to be played
or discarded as normal.

Except that there is a ruling stating that cards that go to the ash
heap/library go to their original owner's ash heap/library, so that's
where they go. :(

So this is an exception to the usual rule about card text overriding the rules?
