The card says that the vampire cannot cast any votes, does that mean he cannot call them either? Since a political vote card always gives one vote, or does it mean that the vampire can call the vote but doesn't gain the 1 vote the card gives? Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

See the clarified card text online: +1 stealth {political action. Call a referendum. If the referendum passes, then the next referendum called} thereafter passes automatically.
